The Center provides international medical coordination services, organizes medical-file reviews, communicates with treatment providers, and arranges travel, translation, accommodation, and accompaniment when agreed. The Center is not a hospital and does not independently provide diagnosis or treatment.
Specialized medical review is a paid service. Its fee and file requirements are explained before referral begins. The usual time for issuing the report is 3–5 working days after the file is complete and the fee has been paid, and may vary in cases requiring additional information.
After the plan is approved and the required documents and procedures are completed, issuance of the medical invitation may take up to 30 days. Visa issuance itself is subject to the competent consular authorities and is not guaranteed by the Center.
Treatment estimates are based on information available before travel and may change if examinations or in-person assessment show a need for additional procedures. Final medical invoices are issued by the treating medical provider.
The Center does not guarantee a particular medical outcome. Doctors and the hospital determine treatment suitability and expected outcomes according to the patient’s condition.
