Patient Consent to Data Processing

By sending personal data or medical information to the Center, the sender confirms that they are the patient or the patient’s authorized representative and that the information is provided for the purpose of obtaining medical coordination and review services.

Consent Includes

Receiving and organizing information and documents sent by the patient.
Referring the necessary information to the appropriate treatment provider or specialists for case evaluation.
Communicating with the patient by telephone, WhatsApp, or email.
Using data only to the extent necessary to provide the requested service and meet related legal obligations.

Medical Information

The patient should not send data concerning another person unless authorized to do so. Requests to stop communication or inquiries about data processing may be sent to the Center’s official email.

The final medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plan are issued by the competent medical provider, not by the website or the coordination center acting as a treatment provider.
