An initial explanation of how review fees, coordination services, and bookings are handled.
Before the review begins, the patient is informed of the required fee. If the medical review service has begun, the file has been referred to specialists, or the report has been prepared, fees relating to the service already performed are non-refundable to the extent that the service has been delivered.
Cancellation or modification relating to hotels, transport, translation, or external services is subject to the service provider’s terms and what was agreed with the patient before booking.
Any refund relating to hospital fees or medical procedures is subject to the treating provider’s policies, invoices, and contracts.
